First Course: Chilled Cucumber Soup with Maine peekytoe crab, buttermilk, dill oil 

Wine: Dry Riesling 2022, Trimbach, AOC Alsace, France 

Second Course: Diver Scallop with summer corn, aji amarillo, coconut milk, burnt citrus 

Wine: Chardonnay 2019, “Myrna”, Far Mountain Winery, Sonoma Valley, California 

Third Course: Doppio Ravioli with beef ragu vs parmesan polenta 

Wine: Barbera 2019, “Bricco Manera”, Tenuta Carretta, DOCG Nizza, Piedmont, Italy 

Fourth Course: American Prime Strip Steak with charred cabbage, salsa macha, carrot 

Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, Robert Craig, Howell Mountain, Napa, California 

Fifth Course: Grilled Pineapple with coconut mousse, pineapple frozen yogurt
